This site provides Opticians, support staff and industry representatives information related to in-person and online professional development events, hosted or sponsored by the Opticians Association of Canada (OAC)
By attending OAC’s events, eyecare professionals (ECPs) will not only be able to meet their continuing education requirements, but also connect with their peers, association representatives and industry.
OAC’s events are also a great avenue for optical suppliers who would like to introduce new services and products, develop their market and give back to the optical community.
[COVID-19] Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, the OAC’s event schedule is subject to change without notice. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the OAC has offered online alternatives including live webcasts and new content in its online CE library .
