The OAC MB Chapter is hosting their annual Vision Manitoba education day on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Please join us as we try a new venue at the Canad Inns Destination Centre Fort Garry in Winnipeg.

What makes a DAY away from family, a Sunday spent indoors, and professional learning better? A nice hot Italian meal! Lunch at Vision Manitoba on Sunday, April 8th will be a Taste of Italy, which includes:
Garden Salad with assorted dressings and Garlic Bread Sticks Choice of Spaghetti or Rotini, with Bolognese or Alfredo sauce If your taste so desires, top your pasta with Parmesan and/or Crushed Chilies And for dessert? An assortment of dainties to appeal to all taste buds!
Everyone knows, you don’t come for the food, but it can definitely make the day more appealing with mouth-watering ‘eats’ being offered
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING FOR THE DAY
THE OAC-M Level 1 will be part of the continuing education offered at this event. Level 1 of the OAC-M program covers the following topics: History and Vision Care Technology, Lens Cross, Power of Cylinder Away From Axis, and Curves. We will have instructors on hand to assist you, so that you can learn at your pace.
All OAC-M courses are accredited learning. By participating in the courses during Vision Manitoba, you will receive your CE credits.
The day will also include learning about 3D technology and printing of custom frames. Specsy will be joining us to show us this incredible technology.
