Registration to Optical Summit is quick and easy!

In-Person Online Registration will be open until April 26th, 2019 at 11:59 PM (Central Time)
After April 26th, 2019, participants will be required to register on-site.

2. REGISTER BY TELEPHONE, FAX, EMAIL OR MAIL **Closed**

Registration by telephone, fax, email or mail will be open until April 25th, 2019 at 4:00 PM (Central Time). After April 25th, 2019, participants will be required to register online or on-site.


 

3. REGISTER ON-SITE

Attendees will be able to register on-site at the Hyatt Regency Calgary, April 27th and 28th, 2019 at the Optical Summit Registration Desk. The Optical Summit Registration Desk will be open from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th and from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 28th.

On-site registration on the morning of the event can take some time. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the first education session you wish to attend to give yourself time to go through the registration process and get settled into the lecture hall prior to the start of the session. Doors close 5 minutes after the start of an education session; no participants will be allowed entry after this time.
